Terms & Conditions

In-person services are offered in London, UK. If you would like to discuss a booking at another location please contact us to discuss a quotation that covers travel expenses.

 

A 14 day cooling off period applies for all services booked online, within which you can receive a full refund. Should you need to cancel an appointment for a virtual or in-person service that is booked within 14 days of payment you will be charged a £90 cancellation fee.

Booking policy

A non refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.

The remainder of the balance is due 24 hours prior to your first appointment.

 

Refund policy

Gift Vouchers and deposits are non refundable.

Cancellation with 14+ days notice - full refund minus £90 fee.

Cancellation with 7-14 days notice - 50% refund.

Less than 7 days - reschedule only.

 

Rescheduling policy

7+ days notice - no fee. (Subsequent changes incur a £90 fee).

Less than 7 days notice given - £90 fee.

 

In the unlikely event that a booking is cancelled by Good Karma Styling you may opt for a full refund, or a rescheduled session with 10% discount for the inconvenience, whichever is preferred.

Additional Information

All purchases will be made directly by the client. 

Additional time requested by the client is charged at £60 per hour.

GDPR

We collect basic personal data about our clients including name, email and phone number when you contact or book with us. We may also enquire what your preferred pronoun is for communications.

Data is only handled by Good Karma Styling staff and will never be shared with a third party without the clients consent. 

You have the right to access, update or remove your data from our database.
